Late Arrival
We strive to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible; however, treatment time may be shortened to respect subsequent appointments. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the treatment duration to compensate for late arrivals. We recommend arriving early to ensure you fully enjoy your treatment experience.
Valid Credit Card
To facilitate a seamless experience and uphold our cancellation policy, we require a valid credit card when scheduling an appointment. Charges will only be applied in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original packaging, new, and unused.
You may exchange items or receive store credit.
Certain items, such as final sales or personalized products, may be exempt from returns.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase via phone, in person, or online. Our spa gift cards typically have a 5-year validity from the purchase date unless stated otherwise. Please check the expiration date on your card to plan your spa visit accordingly.
